Positive experience Tom Jackson was very professional and patient. He was excellent. Will, the inservice guru, was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. At 10:30 pm he was still in the Fletcher Jones parking lot answering my questions about the car. He was so patient and helpful. Both Tom and Will made this an excellent car buying experience.
