He did what was requested and made only one additional recommend service. I agreed that the furnace should be cleaned and the price was right. I would recommend them to a friend.

I really don't know if he charged me the going rate because I know nothing about furnaces, but it cost me about $300.00 to get my furnace going again. I hope that was a fair price, but I was very happy to get it fixed and be done with the issue!! I did not meet him. My daughter was there. He was able to get there quickly and got the problem fixed quickly, so I am happy. The first people I called wanted to charge me $200.00 just to come out because they had to do it on overtime because they were so busy.

Didn't do much, I guess he checked the furnace. Just walked around and said the thermostat was bad. We wanted him to check the vents under the house to make sure they weren't pulled away from the hose and her ignored the fact we even asked. Also, her charged $ and then tacked on another $ for other work? Would not recommend or rewire.
Business response:
Kathy and her husband had an intermittent problem with thermostat, but then instead of having me install a new thermostat, they wanted to have their son repair it. This is great for them, but why should I do all the heavy lifting, then when it comes time for my reward, I get nothing. So as far as I was concerned they had already got more than their $109 dollars worth.
