George made multiple condescending comments to me and my wife. He has made us feel completely taken advantage of. He asked if I was an Engineer when I asked about wiring problems in our capacitor. He also mentioned," you know how long it would take me to teach you how to fix this". I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I am extremely disappointed to HomeAdvisor that this company is even on the referral list!!!!!

I remember askng Rob if he is an engineer because we were talking about the technical aspects of the service call; however, there were no wiring problems with (consumer name withheld per their request),capacitor, Also, I did not make the "teach you" statement above. I believe he & his wife completely misunderstood what I did for them. He was able to tell me the most likely problem over the phone and confirmed it when he was here within an hour of the call!
The technician was very informative.
Found my furnace problems root cause and fixed it.
George show up early which is how I like to do things myself and was very informative about what he was doing the entire time. He past on a few tips to keep an eye out for and explain why they would be of concern if I saw them. Never pushed to try and sell me something either. George will get my business every time .
too expensive for the work done

This homeowner shouldn't be complaining about a price to install his thermostat being too high. He had already purchased the thermostat and had it in hand when I talked to him on the phone. We agreed on the price during the phone converstion and I arrived on time and installed the thermostat for that price.
Called George around 12:30 pm on New Year's Eve. He was at my house by 1:15. Pretty amazing since he was on the far east side of town and I'm in NW. He ran through some diagnostics and found the problem. He nailed it. We had heat shortly after that. He explained his procedures every step of the way. Service doesn't get much better than this. Thanks George.
This man was so attentive and would not leave until the job was good and we were satisfied, but even more he needed to be satisfied with his own work I would highly recommend him to anyway Renee
George was easy to communicate with (quick replies, frequent updates). He was on time for appointments. I know nothing about HVAC, so I'm at mercy of service people - but George seemed honest in his assessments and info he told me.
