Straightforward, no upselling involved. It was a difficult job & George persevered!

David did an excellent job. Very professional.
They showed up the evening of New Years Day, after regular business hours and with in an hour. Explained everything and went to work. Tested a couple things before he left and it's working great!
They fixed my furnace the same day I called. I would definitely use them again
I decided on Fire and Ice Heating and A/C mainly for the follow up and customer service that they provided. They were very attentive and were able to take care of my needs immediately. They quoted me a price over the phone and pretty much stuck to their price without even seeing the project. I would definetely recommend them to family and friends and look forward to using them in the future.
I gave George a down payment for the job, but as the job progressed, I lost confidence in his abilities. I asked for my down payment be refunded, because I did not have confidence in him putting a "gas line" in my home. He thought he should get some money for his time ( he had only did leg work, he never touched any pipe at all., he asked for $200.00, I ended giving him $60.00.

Jerry's getting confused: Things fell apart when he expected me to wait around for the inspector, for two inspections. His wife had to be home to let the inspector onto the property. There was no reason for me to even be there during the inspections, because we always get the inspections to pass; but Jerry thought otherwise, because that's the way he does it in his profession. So we terminated our agreement.
