Excellent service from George L. He checked over everything and found the problem...The work got done within my budget.

They were very prompt, nice, and took care of it within a few hours. It was great service!
Communication regarding late arrival was good, however diagnosis took hours and no clean up occurred even upon specific request (substantial dirt & dust on freshly shampooed carpet). Unclear whether "green" system was fully understood.
I think they would be more reputable if they were a bit more professional. They were kind, but talk a little too much and too impersonal.

George and Jim were very professional. They took the time to understand my need for a gas dryer hook-up and BBQ stub in the backyard. They made recommendations that were functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within my budget. The best part was that they were able to start work immediately after I accepted the bid.
