I'm not sure who this is, but one would think they'd be more generous with the perfect fives after saving $1,500 with Fire & Ice. Most of our service calls don't get anywhere near $1,500.
They provided a quote over the hpone and arrived the next day to perform the work requested. the cost of the project was high, but exactly what was quoted. They were responsive, quck, and clean. I would recoomend them to anyone who needs to have furnace work done.
While I was pleased with the timeliness of the appointment and his arrival, I was less than pleased with the service my furnace received. I requested a furnace service; he checked my filters (which I knew were clean) and tried to do one simple test. However, our drywallers were in the house so it couldn't be performed. I check the air filter first even if the client says it's clean, because a clean air filter is one of the most important aspects of a properly operating furnace. Next, The drywallers had their noisy compressor running right next to the gas furnace making a horrible racket. I wanted it 'off' while I tested the furnace & the lead guy said give him five minutes.
