George contacted me by telephone and pretty much diagnosed my predicament over the phone. He was very patient with me and explained my service alternatives. With his corroborative advice (he matched other comments by a trusted professional) I decided to leave the heat pumps in place and the roofer agreed that he could work with that decision. Thanks again to George and his timely advice.

Need to do an annual maintenance on the furnace, Gerorge did an excellent job and provided suggestions for upkeep.
They're nice on the phone & quick to get the job started. They were courteous & amiable. Credit where it's due - for all that stuff. Now, when it came to fixing our furnace we got a barrage technical talk/babble & some scare tactics encouraging us to replace our furnace. Basically up-selling. After half an hour of this chit chat I finally had to draw the line & get the fellas focussed on fixing the simple problem we had with our furnace. With a 20 to 30 year old obsolete furnace, it's part of my job to caution a client about carbon monoxide hazards, especially with a 1 year old baby in the house. And $99 total price to install a new thermostat wouldn't qualify for overcharging especially in a million dollar house.
