They were quick to respond, and when they could not call me they drove over to introduce their company to us. We are satisfied with the professional results,and have completely replaced our heating unit.

I tried out a new guy on a weekend service call. He told this lady that I'd arrive in 1 hour, whereas I'd told him ~4 to 5 hours. When I did arrive to calm this lady down, I got her emergency electric heat strips working, but she was already angry & cold & would not be pacified, so she wouldn't let me work on her heat pump. This technician no longer works for me.
HHe responded immediately and diagnosed the problem the next day, and finishewd the repair work on the heating system to my my renter's schedule.
The technician was very knowledgable and showed me how to clean and maintain my furnace unit.
I hired the above company and was not really satisfied. He charged $150 and he never did get the furnace working right. He was unprepared for instance he asked to borrow my tools. He did not take the furnace apart. I had to pay another company that charged me less and he ficed the problem.
Work was done on time and at a reasonable rate.
very nice man, would hire again, price was fair. Glad to have the work done for the winter.
They were on time and were polite. On the whole they seemed competent and managed to find a solution to my problem. However, they were slightly expensive for the services rendered.
