They had trouble locating igniter for furnace but came and installed quickly once they got it. He did not give me a quote until I pushed the issue and he had not gotten the price on the part yet. The price ended up being higher but less than original since filters were purchased by them. He did give me a quote on new furnace and air conditioner for future consideration. Very nice person and brought a trainee with him. My husband self diagnosed what was wrong but didn't have time to replace.
They seemed a bit overboooked. They didn't come out for 2 days due to other jobs. When they came, they fixed my problem very quickly.
This company over charges people in hard times. I understand this is the busiest season but don't blaintantly over charge clients and sell wrong parts you don't need. They didn't answer when the service they performed failed.
Nice people
One tech checked out and allegedly cleaned furnace. Ignitor was recommended for replacement which I approved. Other tech determined that furnace should have been able to interface with new Nest that I had purchased and offered to sell and install a thermostat to replace the Nest (which I declined). I replaced Nest with new Honeywell following week and all was good. At that same time I noticed crud around inside furnace. I contacted service provider and they offered to return and re-clean (which I declined).
Jordan and Lexi were excellent to work with and ver professional and proficient. I would be thrilled to work with them again and will recommend them to friends.
