Matt the technician was efficient, helpful, and did great work. My only negative was setting up the appointment I made it clear it was a furnace and heat pump that needed annual cleaning. The dispatcher quoted me the price for only one so when the technician arrived the was an additional $100 for the heat pump. I would still recommend Fire and Ice. The technical service is excellent.

When making a service appointment with Fire & Ice, make sure the service person is on the same page with the phone order person. The phone order person said that a full diagnose of the appliance was included in the price but the technician didn't seem to know about that arrangement. He did not hesitate to complete the diagnostic when I mentioned it to him. He was very courteous and thorough.

I appreciate Fire and Ice providing me service in short notice. It was a 100 deg hot day. The person who came to do the job was not very professional. He nonstop kept on talking unnecessary and was annoying at the least.

We try to be friendly with each customer. If our tech was too talkative we apologize. I do know that he fixed your problem in 100 degree heat, on short notice. So if talking was his only issue for you. Lets consider it a win. We got to you same day during the heat streak, maybe 3.5 stars would be better then 2.5 because of talking. Just saying it might be an over reach to punish us for getting there on time during a heat wave and fixing your issue for the cost we quoted. But you are right. He talked a lot. We are sorry. ;)
Great service! Explained exactly what he was doing and why. Based on this experience, I will be signing a contract for annual maintenance.
