Very knowledgable and did a good job. Appreciated that he came at a busy time.
They showed up earlier than there ex;pected arrive time and diagnosed the problem quickly. Had to order parts on Friday afternoon but had them and installed them earlier than estimated on Monday morning.

Very hot day yesterday here in Vancouver, all businesses where very busy. The first service on my AC system came from a local industry service group that has been with me for 2 decades. They did not want to attempt repair, just replace. I called Fire&ICE, they too where very busy, but the owner decided to round up his tools and take the call himself.
