Was given a price for work to be done and then they decided that I would need to pay more plus another service call. They even had me doing the work. Would not recommend. Highly dissatisfied
Horrible! Guys had no tools and used my tools and charged me $159 dollars for 10 minutes. He did fix it but ... wow! never again
Business response:
159.00 is our service call, the fact that we could fix it without any parts and got it fixed he should be relieved that it wasn't any parts and he didn't have to pay any labor or parts and that we fixed it in 20 mins and not 4 hours; also within the 30 min diagnostic because the service call is 159.00 at the door and the 1st 1/2 hour diagnostic is at the house is standard with every HVAC company, because if it had gone any longer there would have been labor charge of 159.00 per hour for the work, also we fixed the ... read more

When the tech saw the crack he said there was no se... read more
Business response:
we at Fire n Ice have to err on the side of caution, too; because like the gas industry as a whole we want to maintain our reputation or not causing tragic natural gas tragedies. Such a policy is sometimes tough on the home owner, but it should be viewed as tough love, because we don't want anything bad to happen to our clients.
On time and professional technician. Very quick to respond to service request and appointment was made for only 2 days after initial contact (with holiday in the middle).
prompt, curteous, finished faster than anticipated. overall thumbs up
Came right on time, did the winter prep work needed and gave me good advice and information. Just what I needed.
They came out promptly and within 20 mins. found the broken part and replaced it!
came the same day, right on time
