They were very friendly and did everything they could to take care of my problem quickly.
We thought for the labor time involved and the part price that the cost was very fair. They were on time, friendly and efficient. Furnace works well.
DO NOT HIRE THEM. Owner does not call you back. 4 men came to my house in 4 days. NONE of them were qualified to do the job(a simple gas line extension). 3 of them did not do the work that was promised and they left before the job was complete. They left with 2 leaking joint of natural gas. Result: Our gas was shut off by the gas company for 3 days (thus, no heat in the how on 30 degree days) until we could get a qualified service to at least fix the leaking joints. This company came out because I thought I needed a whole new fan and motor for my furnace, and they decided to clean the furnace first before replacing those parts. I may end up needing those, but they were thoughtful enough to try cleaning first instead of billing me 600 bucks for something I may not need. This speaks to their character. They are on my list of pros as I own rentals and am always in need of trustworthy, quality professionals.
Giving them 2.5 stars because I'm half satisfied. What I liked: they were super prompt in responding to my project request for furnace maintenance, great with communication, and the tech showed up on time and did good work. He seemed knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I'm very happy with the work. What I didn't like: I hate to say it, but I won't hire this company again because the tech smelled SO BAD of smoke. Do not hire this company to install gas pipes. The person they sent was nice enough, but had little skill and no knowledge of how to do the job. I had to hire another contractor to tear out and completely redo the job with new materials.
Showed up on time and was very efficient.
Alan came to set up a wireless thermostat. He was a pleasant guy and even showed up ahead of schedule, and did the job quickly. Best of all, now I'm warm!
The fellow that came to our home was very polite and friendly but did not waist time chit chatting which I love. He repaired our vents in a very quick time and gave us additional information of what was happening under our house. We felt like we hired the right team to help us and feel confident referring them to others... the only thing I would suggest is - it would have been nice to receive a business card or a receipt. With out the business card I will have to look them up on home advisor again.
