Very responsive. Inderstood the problem Gave information I understood and that helped us make a solid choice. Came on time!
I had moved into a home with a gas furnace which I had never experienced before. They wear better than on-time. Explained what I needed to know about a gas furnace. Two very nice men.

Charged me full price for breaking the taps on the cover of my thermostat while trying to figure out how to get it off the walk (there was a screw). and telling me there is no electricity going to my units and they can't fix it and I need to hire an electrician. The electrician found a bad power disconnect switch on the unit and replaced it. The electrician gave me a discount because of the easy fix and because Fire and Ice didn't fix the problem.

HVAC techs are not electricians anything outside the equipment is out of our scope of work. Sorry that you were not happy with our service.

After talking with the customer about my customer service he wanted to change his review and home advisor would not allow him to change his review and my diagnosis I did fix his problem and the customer had heat. ANOTHER COMPANY INSTALLED HIS FURNACE 2 YEARS AGO, & Rodney has been having issues with that installing company, so he called us. When we returned to see why he had no heat, his furnace was working, so he probably simply had a switch toggled the wrong way. This negative review should be removed.
