Allen arrived at the agreed upon time, listened while I explained the situation as I saw it, and worked to find the solution. Lucky for me it turned out to be a loose wire in the heating unit; he fixed it and waited until the house warmed up to be sure. The price was below the quote, and for this I am very thankful. Will recommend this company to anyone who needs them! Thanks Again!
They got here to fix the furnace, figured out the cause but thankfully let the heat run a little bit to warm my place, then fixed the issue very quickly. Service fee was higher than others but they were here the same day and fixed it. They also advised me of how old my unit was and the chances of other things breaking. Very helpful primary tec.

On a weekend we arrived quickly and resolved his problem quickly. He agreed on the price we quoted to repair his system. Now he's complaining. If you're the type of guy that would not want to pay a dealership to install $30 spark plugs for $130, & can diagnose your engine problems yourself, then you probably should diagnose your own furnace. My crew and I have paid dearly for our schooling and training, and we can't give our time away for free. We have mouths to feed.
Allen was on time and did a great job
They took a call late Friday and came out early Saturday. Based on my description of the system (old) and my issues, they came prepared sending two experts who were able to get my furnace working quickly. Helped me confirm that my old system was not compatible with a NEST thermostat. Nest wouldn't admit this.
George and Matt were thorough in their work and honest. They took time to explain everything and provide all of the options and costs, and the pros and cons of each.
