Randy arrived on time & did the inspection. There was a small problem with a shelf that came down after access to the overhead access. He solved the problem.
Allen was punctual, did a fine job, and did not try to sell me something I did not need, yet.
Fire & Ice was amazing! They called me right back at 6:30 in the morning and some one came out by 7am. They had my furnace up and running ASAP and did not try to sell me on unnecessary repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repairs or service.

Randy was able to convert a diagnostic appointment to a completion of service appointment. Determined what the problem was, identified where to obtain the necessary part, drove out and got it, returned and completed work. This saved me another day of waiting for a technician . I am very happy with the service.

No estimate provided up front; errors made with scheduling; they were late; service personnel were not professional; paperwork was hand-modified copies of a blank invoice from ages ago. Furnace wasn't starting; a suspect capacitor was replaced as a guess at the eventual solution. The furnace worked for less than 24 hours. A $10 part was charged at $170.00 ON TOP OF their show-up fee. The work left by the service technicians was sloppy, and without being caught within a day, would have caused a subsequent failure. OMG. Somebody stop this guy! George is saying that I am not paying my bill to him because I cant afford it? He has resorted to some scary lows. He told the CCB that we were sabotaging the system! I have 100 pages of text and pictures of a failed install and water damage to my home. I could easily pay him off, instead I will be paying 3 times that to go to court and never see him again. worth every penny to sue him! He is desperate. might need a restraining order too.
