Allen and Dave informed me about the cost of service and performed the maintenance tasks as requested. Our furnace and AC unit are over 10 years old. I wanted a specialist to check the system before summer to identify potential issues. Allen added more refrigerant so hopefully our AC will last through the summer.
I would definitely recommend. I sent a request and heard from them almost immediately. Which was so important as my heater wasn t working & I have children. Of course this happened at night in the cold weather. It was critical & they came, looked and fixed it immediately. The tech David who came out was friendly, knowledgeable & answered all my questions. I now have heat again and we are warm and happy
