Made an appointment with Temp-a cure three days ago and they were a no show. Called Fire & Ice, they answered within minutes, were right on time and the furnace was fixed and running in no time. Thank you for fast excellent service.
Our furnace had stopped working and we needed it to be fixed. After the tech diagnosed the problem, we were faced with an expensive repair on a 23 year old furnace . We also received a quote for a new furnace from the technician. I called to inquire about the quote and the owner, George discussed all of the steps to get a new furnace. Efficient, and helpful
I hired Fire & Ice when our furnace stopped giving off heat. Allen, the tech, was able to come out when it worked for my schedule. He was very polite, and he made the effort to explain what was wrong and what I should look out for. He pointed out other parts that will likely need attention in the future, but he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I was also surprised at how reasonable the pricing was. I would definitely hire these guys again.
