My only issue is the techs don't have ways of giving you a copy of the ticket right then and there..

They did an excellent job. They were professional, discovered the problem and fixed it for me. I would use them again.

I talked to Alan and he quoted $150 service fee to come out and look at the AC unit, he came out and said our AC and he looks at it and says AC unit is 10 yrs.. old, Alan said we needs to clean the coils and add coolant, plus repair the leak and I paid $659 and Alan suggested I put a meat thermometer in a register to see how cool it gets, the house seemed hotter that it was before, the ac unit is still not working, my husband talked to George about the problem that we are having and said that he would get back to us as has n... read more

Business response:

Mr M [Consumer name withheld at their request] wanted our leak sealer and refrigerant. Allen advised Mr. M [Consumer name withheld at their request] that the leak in his system was big, so it would be ill advised to even try it. However, Mr M [Consumer name withheld at their request] insisted that the leak sealer be installed into his ac system. Note here that the leak sealer is not guaranteed to work in every case. If it does work, it's great and it can save you literally thousands of dollars. If it doesn't work, ... read more

I waited to write this review until I had time to do some research. Unfortunately I was charged $229.00 for an ?HSI nitride igniter? for parts and labor. A part that I was told was considerably expensive can be found online for less than $20. (I got a picture of the part?s model number and looked it up). As far as the labor; around 5 to 10 minuets to install that piece. I feel I was lied to about the cost of the part and ripped off. Did they know how to install the part? Sure. This is a poor business model and leaves me very... read more

Business response:

If you are the kind of a guy that would rather pay $24.97 for a set of spark plugs for your car and install them yourself, rather than have your Chev/Ford/BMW/Mercedes dealership install them for $200 & more at their dealership, then you probably shouldn't have us come out to repair your system. We have places to go, people to see, and most importantly, mouths to feed so we know what prices to charge in order to exist and prosper. Mr David A. admits that he could have declined the service call, see above.
