Quick, efficient and friendly. Found the problem, replaced the part and all is good
Came out right away and evaluated the problem...had to replace a SENSOR, which was odd since the Furnace was only a year old. Advised to have maintenance check every year.

Technician Allen found the problem & resolved pretty fast. He replaced the Run Capacitor saying this part valued $360 & with the service call $99, I paid him $468. Later I Google this part, Amazon sold for only $14, I felt I was way over charged & “got ripoff “ So I called back the Company, another person told me to call Allen back, it went to voice mail, then the mail box is full, can’t leave a message. I’m going back to the company to negotiate my bill because it’s not fair and why Allen didn’t finished the invoice but rat... read more

the service call was on a Saturday and after 5 pm, so the prices are typically higher. Also, it's not ethical to agree to a price when your home is hot, then after it cools down n the dust clears, then you the homeowner decide you've paid too much and you stop payment on your check.
