First let me say that the furnace is great and I am pleased with that part of the transaction. Second, the individual who sold me the furnace, Matt, went out of his way on a Sunday to make sure this did not turn out badly which it very well could have. Third, the installation was super fast and the installers were pleasant Here is the part that did not go quite so right. The furnace was installed on Thursday but was not completed until Friday due to extremely heavy rain preventing installation through the roof. Not a problem... read more

I highly recommend this reliable hardworking company. My repair tuned out to be a replace (by my choice) and they accommodated my last minute request for additional A/C on the day of installation. Jeff was responsible for the main installation; a great guy to work with as were Randy, Justin and Matt. A fantastic experience.
