The tech showed up on time, that was the only thing he got right. When I tried to explain to him what I had observed, he pretty much shot down my thoughts, and proceeded to skirt around the issue until I asked him to leave. After he left I investigated further and found broken contact wire, that I initially asked him to check. With wire nuts and etape I repaired it myself. One more thing I feel this MY Time and money were wasted and I will be seeking a refund. Don't believe all the positive reviews.

I investigated his system & in a very short time Mr. G. wanted to investigate what he thought was the problem. I told him I'm an independent contractor & I didn't think he was on the right track in his investigation. We had some words, and finally I said, OK, show me how your wires produce the intermittent problem. He wiggled the contactor wire an he couldn't get the effect that he had claimed he got earlier in the day. I can't defend myself here because the homeowner has left no information as to which job he or she is. But I can say this: if the evaluation is for last Saturday or Sunday when the temperatures we 95 to 108 deg F, and they think the prices were unfair, they should be asking themselves where were all the other HVAC Techs that should have been out there to service them. Got to the job quickly so we could close on the sale of our house. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and got the work done fast. Good Job!!
He said he had a used but in very good shape thermos stat but when i saw what he was instilling i noticed it was broken. He said he could use some super glue but i told him this was not in good shape. He sold me new thermos stat i could have bought at home depot for 49 dollars. I paid way too much.
Very nice gentleman up until it comes time to do the work. We agreed to $159 for service check and clean. What did he actual do. Check the air filter in the garage. Pulled the panel off the air conditioner. Told me everything is running great but that I needed to clean the coils. I asked him why he wasn't going to clean it. He said that wasn't included in the cost. I then asked him what he was going to clean. He then said he could spray it with a hose but in no way was he pulling off all the panels and cleaning it. This particular home owner has no standing in this forum to complain since he has paid zero dolars, and the $159 is due and payable when I hit the door, arrive at his front door. He treathened me with this a bad review and I told him to go ahead. He new his ac system was already in good shape, so in the pretense that he wanted an annual checkup, he got me over to his house to try to get a $200 cleaning for free. I told him you don't get deep setted cleaning jobs with a $159 annual checkup. It's extra.
They did an excellent job and answered all questions I had. Would definitely use again
