EVERYTHING was a wonderful experience with Faulkner. It's tough to choose something to talk about because my husband and I were so impressed with the dealership from the friendly salesperson, to negotiations, to driving off our new Outback. It was genuinely the nicest group of people that we've ever dealt with when looking for a new car, and a truly a super dealership. We encourage everyone who is looking for a car to visit them soon. I am beyond satisfied and amazed at the service. Purchasing our car was the easiest buying experience someone could ask for. I was looking for an AWD vehicle and I knew I loved the forester. When I told Jack Schleiff I wanted a blue forester with a payment I could afford, he made it happen. He even helped me move everything from my trade-in over to my new Subaru. The overall experience at Faulkner was top notch from the test drive to the paperwork process I felt right at home. I have a 3 yr old and when he started to get figitiy my husband was able to take him to the kids area which my son loved. Thank you again, no place better to get a Subaru.

I stopped in for my regular oil change and a new set of windshield wipers. I drove right in and was immediately greeted by an employee. Service was set-up and completed within 1 hour. While waiting I enjoyed a coffee and used the free wi-fi. My vehicle was returned washed and ready to go. This is the routine I am used to at Faulkner's Subaru and the reason I continue to bring my 2011 Legacy in for scheduled services.
