We had a great experience at Faulkner Subaru. We have visited a majority of dealers across Lehigh Valley trying out different brands and models of cars. We have found Faulkner to be a professional dealership and the sales staff easy to work with. Kyle Manley is our sales person and we completed our delivery with Sean Corr. Both Kyle and Sean were knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process of leasing our first Subaru. We look forward to working with Faulkner throughout the lease of a 2018 Crosstrek.
I don't know where to begin! I bought my 2016 Crosstrek from Mark K. What a fabulous experience! No pressure, treated me with respect. Was thrilled with him!!! Then my car got hit in November 2017. Used Faulkner Collision. I am ecstatic about the way my car looks! Gale took great care of me. My car was cleaned upon its return to me. Almost a mini detail!!!!! Thank you Faulkner! Mike H. was our salesman in November, 2016 and he was great; no pressure, found the exact Outback we wanted in Wilderness Green, and with all the options we wanted, and for a great price. We had done all the research on pricing and Faulkner's price was even better! Had our Outback in for scheduled maintenance appointments twice now and everything went smoothly, and I was out of there and back on the road at the promised time. Great job Faulkner!
