I love the new Subaru. The staff at Faulkner Subaru are awesome. They made the new car buying easy and smooth. They truly are a family experience. I will recommend they and will return to them in the future.

I appreciated Faulner's willingness to take my service request on a walk in basis. I had had a frustrating day transferring my driver's license and vehicle registration from CT to PA. PennDoT showed no eagerness to help with making the process simple. But when I went to Faulkner to complete the inspection process, they took me right in with a smile. I had a great experience getting my car from Faulkner Subaru! I worked with a few different people since I visited a few times before actually getting a car, but everyone was always extremely helpful and friendly. At no point in the process did anyone try to pressure me into a decision--and after visiting over 10 different dealerships in the LV, I have to say that it's a pleasant rarity. From the first point of contact all the way through to the paperwork and leaving with the car, everyone was knowledgable and thorough.
I have been very satisfied with the service at Faulkner, but they can't seem to remember the complimentary car wash. This has now happened twice. You might think I'm being picky, but it's really the little things that make the difference. And as always, a shout out to my sales guy Roland Zuk. He sold me my first two cars (at another car dealership) and I was thrilled to find he had moved on to Faulkner!!
This is my second time purchasing from Faulkner. Both times were exceptional experiences. Wes Brown went above and beyond the call of duty to find the exact car I wanted. Within 15 minutes he was back to me telling me he had found my perfect vehicle. The rest of the process went just as well. Thanks again for another amazing car buying experience!!!!
Edit: Just bought a new 2018 Impreza. Fantastic experience. Nice sales people and it was very fast getting financing and the paperwork done. Love this dealership and will be going back to them.
All Subaru "stores" should be modeled after this one. Almost every time I go there for service they have a car for me so I don't loose a beat with my life and of course the place is clean, professional, and devoted to the customers.
