Couldn't be happier with my new 2017 Crosstrek that I picked up this weekend from Faulkner Subaru in Bethlehem. Coming in from 2hrs away on last day of the month I had a lot of hesitations but everyone there made the process so seamless. I arrived signed the paperwork and took home my new vehicle as planned. No hiccups or long waits. Everyone treated you like family and the whole process was very low pressure. Best car buying experience I've had so far.
I always receive excellent service and the staff is friendly, polite and goes above and beyond to assist you.
We bought our Crosstrek at Faulkner and have had it in for service there. Always fast and courteous, a loaner for the time our vehicle was in service, we'll be back in 6,000 miles!
Our salesman Mark Kutovy made it so easy and a seamless process to turn in our leased vehicle and select another one. He was very nice to do business with and he listened to what our needs were. We will definately be Faulkner Subaru loyal for many years to come.
I recently purchased a 2017 Outback. It is the best vehicle by far of the six that I've purchased from Faulkner since 2002. Five were Outbacks and one was an Impreza. I haven't been disappointed. The salesmanship and knowledge and attention to details from Wes Brown has been outstanding. I highly recommend this dealer over all others in this immediate area.
I got my 2014 Subaru impreza sport from here last fall and I am absolutely in love with it. The salesman we had at the time, Ken was great to work with and made sure all of my needs were met for what I was looking for. One day, I'll be back to upgrade to a wrx :)
