Took my friend Bert to Faulkner to purchase a used 2013 Subaru Outback today. Our Salesman, Bob Gearhart, was thoroughly knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. Unlike another review, Bob approached us within 2 minutes of our arrival. My friend purchased the Outback and was totally satisfied with the price and the dealership. Bob is a real asset to your store.
Stopped by on (4) occasions to look at the orange sti on lot. Never once has a salesman even made a glimpse in my direction.... Thumbs down..
