I own a 2017 outback premium. It's the second new car I've ever owned and the second new car I got at Faulkner. I'm so happy with my car and the service I get at Faulkner. Friendly, clean, professional staff, can't say enough good things about Faulkner Subaru!

My mom and I came in to find a Silver Toyota Camry that was on the lot. We were lucky enough to have Jack Schleiff. He was great. He was honest and stated the Silver one had to be taken back due to electrical problems. So I asked.. what about that gold one you have on the lot? We purchased our 2015 Forrester from Faulkner and have had a great experience ever since. The salespeople were wonderful at the outset and the service people have been very accommodating. I took my car for routine service yesterday and was nicely greeted, served efficiently and the checkout was a breeze. Couldn't have gone more smoothly!
Everyone is super friendly and made the process of buying a lot of fun.

Just leased a 2017 impreza. The car randomly doesn't start on the first try and some issues with the radio. I Brought it back to Faulkner. After having the car for 6 hours I was told there was nothing they could find and subaru has not released any codes for the issue. Fast forward to today it took eight or nine times to start the car. I'm scared it eventually will not start at all. Please stay away from the new impreza until these issues are addressed.
