Hello Faulkner Subaru, I just walked in for an oil change recently. As they called to say my Forrester was ready, I realized that I forgot to ask if they would check my battery for winter. To my surprise my car was checked from top to bottom. And here I thought I was only getting the oil changed. Hats off the service department for getting my car running and much appreciated free car wash.
I recently had another excellent visit for routine maintenance at Faulkner Subaru. I've been a customer for many, many years and have always been treated so well. First oil change on 2017 Outback 3.6R. Had to go full synthetic, plan on keeping it a long time. 4th Subaru in the family and all have been serviced at Faulkner. They do an awesome job, always very respectful and courteous. Will keep coming back. Side note: purchased in August, new salesman Joe also did an awesome job and everyone I’ve interacted with have been great.
Had my crosstrek in for inspection and oil change. Was done in 1 hr. Everyone very helpful
We bought a 2013 Crosstrek XV from Faulkner; car is in great shape, and runs beautifully. And we were able to get the exact financing we wanted. Everyone is friendly and helpful from the sales team, to financing to the service team. Can’t recommend them enough.
Great experience at Faulkner Subaru. We went in to trade my 2015 Outback and came home the same night with a 2018 Forester. They did everything right. They listened to what I wanted, to what my price range needed to be and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't want or couldn't afford. This is my 4th Subaru, first 3 were Outback's and now my 1st Forester which I LOVE! Thanks Faulkner Subaru!!!
