RecommendedGreat work on my Passat. The painting was top notch!
Took car in for routine service(wiper replacement). Several hours later I’m called and told service is done but tech lost grip on wiper and my windshield got cracked. 24 hours later my windshield was fixed. Accidents happen but I’d have expected a call from service manager to apologize for delay. All I got was an e-mail asking for a review on Facebook. Buying experience was great but service department seemed overwhelmed!
All the service personnel were pleasant and efficient. Express service is especially appreciated.
Dissatisfied, Mechanic said sway bar links are broken, not broken, worn maybe links were connected when I drop the car off for Air Bag recall. I drove home wondering what the clanking was? The linkage on both sides were off. I reconnected them, driving around for 5 days now and they have not come undone. Should not have to work on car after taking it do repair shop!
I have a 3 year old Imprezza - and the air conditioning stopped working. Also, the shifting mechanism didn't work, so sometimes I'd be unable to take my key out of the car when I parked it. Staff at Faulkner are great, courteous, helpful, addressing concern immediately. However, after having it for the weekend, they gave it back to me on Monday, and the a/c kicked out again after 1 hour. Dylan Haas was great! He was very helpful and gave us a fair deal. He resolved all our issues and questions. He took time to go over all the new technology in the vehicle. Ask for Dylan if you go to Faulkner to buy a car and tell him we sent you!
They forgot to reset the service alert system. Other than that very good service.
I believe the employees respect my limited time. They seek to accomplish what I request without excessive add on services. When something important comes up, they bring it to my attention, giving me the choice of performing the service now or waiting until a more convenient time. They also respect my limited resources. I've been looking for a used first car for my 16 year old daughter for over a month now and was lucky enough to finally land at Faulkner Subaru! We literally could not be happier!! Got a beautiful, spotless clean, EXCELLENT deal on a preowned vehicle. I honestly think we got the BEST deal for the price from here in the Lehigh Valley, to Philly, to Jersey, where we traveled only to be disappointed.
