Our car buying experience with Faulkner Subaru of Bethlehem was great !!! No pressure and the best customer service. The entire staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We bought our car from Morgan M. Outstanding help/service (with no pressure), took her time to answer our questions (both in the showroom and once we were home) and always with a smile and enthusiasm. I can't say enough about how great she is. Morgan is a true professional which is a rare find these days.
Service is very crappy. They tried to charge me $70 for the only Free oil change they gave me. One of the service manages told me that they would top off all the fluids in my impreza. I checked the coolant reservoir, it was almost empty. The same service manager told me that it was because of the steepness of the spot where I was (front of service door, level ground). The service department there is great! The auto (new & used) sales staff and manager were awful. It almost feels like They have the attitude of “if you don’t buy the car I’ve got 20 other people who will. This sale really doesn’t matter”. We’ve been there more than 4 times between us and our adult children purchasing. Every time is was a terrible experience. Never again.
We recently bought our first Subaru at Faulkner. it's a beautiful car and the shopping experience was one of the best I've ever had. No pressure and we got a good deal without any "negotiations". I hope the service experience will be just as good.
I love my Subaru Forester. It is a 2017 with the eyesight technology which is very important to me due to having Retinitis Pigmentosa. The extra safety helps me feel comfortable driving. If i had one thing to change on the whole car it would be the tires they come with. Living in Pennsylvania in the winter the tires don't cut it but that is not the dealers fault. Maybe they could offer better snow tires as an upgrade for a minimal fee. Other than that i have put snow tires on it and it goes great.
