I never had a bad experience with Faulkner. Love my Subaru and especially the great relationship I have with Faulkner Subaru! This is my 5th Subaru I have leased from them and looking forward to number 6 in a few years!
I had to call AAA because my battery was dead on my 2014 Forester. After AAA left, I started my car and all kinds of sensor lights were on. Luckily, I was able to drive the car to Subaru and get it serviced. Thanks for the loaner car as I didn't have an appointment. Turns out that AAA blew a fuse changing out my dead battery - so it turns out that I ended up paying for the new battery and service for a $2 fuse. My new battery ended up costing me a total of $250 after this ordeal. Things happen. At least it was nothing major ... read more
They are very nice and very helpful and I would not buy a car anywhere else.
The service here was warm, helpful and courteous. I was badly burned by Ciocca Subaru multiple times. They don't care about their customers whereas the personal attention and care for relationship-building shown in my purchase of a new vehicle at Faulkner was fabulous. I was ready to abandon Subaru for Honda or Toyota because I had two faulty vehicles in the past but thanks to the white glove treatment I received from everyone I dealt with at Faulkner, I bought my 5th Subaru in 20 years.
Buying experience was great. 3 months later went for oil change and needed 4 new led bulbs which in itself sounded odd, but I paid additional for that coverage. Now another 3 months and another oil change explained to tech that the fog lights flicker while driving preceded to tell me nothing is wrong and that is “just how they work”. Very concerned at this point I may have gotten hosed. Not happy at all!
The staff is hands up professional and extremely nice to the way they treat their customers. I would highly recommend any sales person to do a good job for you.
