RecommendedEveryone from the salesman, managers, and finance team have been beyond exceptional. They are so friendly and love what they which makes the customer experience extremely satisfying and stress-free. They are always willing to work what is best for the customer.
RecommendedMy sales person was attentive and personable and helped me find the car I was looking for. Perfect experience with him for sure! The finance manager was the antithesis, however. Tried selling me extended warranty and gap insurance five times even though I listened and told him “no thanks” after the first pitch! Then his boss came in to try to sell it to me. Just about blew the whole deal and soured me a bit on Faulkner. Why do some sales people have to be so stereotypical “sales people”?
