I visited this dealership about 10 years ago and I had a terrible experience. The salesperson had no idea what he was selling and I had a high-pressure sales pitch from a manager. I was hesitant about contacting them again. My experience was totally different this time. I submitted an internet request and I was contacted promptly. As a Subaru owner for years, I have always dealt with another local dealership that I had a loyalty to for everything. We came in here right after having a negative experience with Ciocca Subaru. We were searching for an affordable used car because my legacy was totaled in an accident. My son has a 2012 Subaru WRX 127,500 miles. Check engine light on. Faulkner had for a few days. Only reset check engine light and drove for 20 highway miles, reported nothing wrong. Few weeks later dropped off again due to check engine light activated again. Had for several days. Stated the engine needed to be replaced due to a crack in the piston. Estimated cost $6,000-$8,500.
