I went in intending to purchase a used vehicle to tow a U-Haul trailer on our move from PA to WA since our 2015 Forester has only 1500 pounds towing capacity. I purchased my 2018 Forester at Faulkner almost 3 weeks ago and I love it! Being from NJ, I needed a front license plate bracket which I needed to go back for. I stopped in there today since I was in the area in PA, and a very friendly salesman helped me right away, got the bracket and put my plates on for me. Another great employee took my car for a wash while I was there, and was extremely courteous and helpful. I truly appreciate good service and was treated so well today by two smiling Faulkner employees. Thank you! :-)
