My girlfriend has been a customer of Faulkner’s for her past 2 leases. Her current lease is just about up and she was unsure if she wanted to buy out the lease, get a new lease or finance a new car. Faulkner has literally been terrible at returning calls, emails, and now their salesman Mark Kutovy has not only insulted her, but basically treated her like an idiot the entire time she was at the dealership. drove 2 hours out of our way for a sale, had an appointment for 10 am for almost a week, come out and they're closed for covid. never got a warning call. waste of time

Anthony was an incredible help when I was getting my Subaru. Even after I purchased it, he continued to help me. I had trouble getting my car registration in the mail because of COVID. He went above and beyond to hand deliver the registration to my house from Bethlehem all the way to my home in East penn school district. I definitely recommend Anthony at Faulkner!

Don't buy a Subaru. I got stuck with a 2020 Forester lemon.
Basically I’m doing this deal during COVID-19 and this is some of the text apparently the managers name is Denis Oleary who changed the deal. I do not recommend this place. Or Mark The salesman I dealt with. But I’m sorry you don’t agree to a Deal and then change it especially when it comes to cars
My husband and I were just going to go "window shopping" for a new car. We met Ziad, our salesperson, who did an excellent job of explaining all the great features of Subaru. We were sold. We are now very happy owners of a 2020 Subaru Forester. All the paperwork and financing was done with no stress ,thanks to the expertise and professionalism of the staff.
I had my car in to get new inspection stickers since my windshield cracked. They got me in the same day, and Sara noticed that my inspection was actually up that month. I got an inspection and 12,000 mile service the same day. They were efficient and kept me informed along the way. They always do an amazing job!
