Great experience buying a new Subaru Outback! We made a same-day appointment to test drive a 2021 Outback based on a trade-up offer we received in the mail. Alex was helpful, friendly, and welcoming and got us into the car we wanted to drive quickly after we arrived. I dreaded the whole car buying experience, but this was the most pleasant, stress free new car purchase I've ever made. My first contact with Bert was over the phone. I was impressed with the information he provided and he was excellent at guiding me through the process from the value of my trade-in to the features of the car. I drove away in my new Outback with a smile on my face and high praise for Falcone. This is my first Subaru, but probably not my last.

Best shopping experience! Process is simple and fast. No pushing to buy unwanted warrants. Ermir even provided a ride to me to get to dealership since no Uber service during this pandemic time.

Matt was personable, kind and I got zero pressure. He was reassuring when I had questions and I felt that I was making the best choice for myself and my family. The whole process was so easy. I let him know what I wanted and when I would be there. It was waiting for me and I could tell he had been expecting me as well. I’m not in a rush to buy another ‘new to me’ Subaru, but I’ll know where I am going when I am.
