I had a great overall experience working with Gene. He is very responsive and transparent throughout the process. Once the car I ordered arrived at the dealership, Gene and other management at Falcone went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Also, working through the financing office was the most straightforward of any dealership I have used in the past. No pushing extra packages and no dealer fees (as advertised). If we buy another Subaru in the future it will be at Falcone with Gene.
