Mike got back quickly with my internet questions quickly. It was fantastic and a pleasure to work with Ermir on our used car purchase. He had the two cars we were interested in ready for us to test drive. No pressure to buy but the one was exactly what we were looking for and Ermir was able to quickly work up the numbers for us. Our experience was great because of Ermir. He is great definitely ask for him if you go here! So nice, super helpful and did not pressure us at all to buy something. We didn't buy anything today as we are still deciding what we want but when we do buy it will be from Ermir! I don't usually leave reviews but I actually asked specifically if I could leave him one since I have honestly never had a better experience with a car salesman.

We were incredibly pleased and surprised by the ease of getting our new leased vehicle. The process was smoother than butter, it went quickly and was very streamlined. What we were most impressed with was the transparency offered in financing. The only surprise we ran into was a new special that wasnt originally applied that brought our payment down. We drove down from Lafayette for our vehicle and we will be lifetime Falcone customers.

The experience here was great, so much different than any of the other dealers I have visited recently. A unique no pressure and honest experience. Ermir provided prompt and no-pressure service. He wasn't bugging me about final decisions or following up every day, he let me operate at my own pace and was quickly available when needed. Jen in finance had everything ready for my appointment - I was in closing 10min max. Great experience overall, would highly recommend. Thanks for making it smooth, quick, easy and painless.

Betsy was very helpful and friendly. She answered every question I had and provided information that I didn’t know about my vehicle. My experience with Falcone has been wonderful throughout the whole process. This is the 6th new car that I’ve purchased but my first Subaru and this has definitely been the best experience I’ve had overall. Thank you!
