Absolutely fantastic customer service from Falcone Subaru. When I bought my new vehicle it was nice and easy. Everything was smooth as silk and Justin made my girlfriend and I felt very welcomed. He answered all my questions and we were off. Betsy was also a great source of information. I read the average person doesn't really hold any info when buying a car and about 14 days after would be when those questions come back up. When I picked up my car, Betsy was very professional and thorough. She was very knowledgeable on all the features of the vehicle. I interacted with one other employee briefly and he was polite and helped direct me to where I needed to go.
