Betsy Taylor assisted me with a courtesy delivery of a fleet vehicle. She was totally prepared for my appointment time and all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. In less than 5 minutes we were out the door and at the vehicle. Her service didn't end there. Despite being a previous Subaru driver, she guided me through all of the setup functions and explained the differences between the new vehicle and the vehicle that I had been driving previously. I came in to buy a new Subaru Forester. After researching the inventory online, I test drove the vehicle I was interested in, the sales rep didn't try to "upsell" me into a more expensive vehicle, I was received a fair offer for my trade-in, and I was out the door with the clean, new car I was looking for in just over 2 hours.
