I’ve gotten 7 cars from Falcone Subaru but have never done a Love-Encore meeting before. I consider myself a savvy Subaru customer and didn’t have any outstanding questions when I started the meeting. But Betsy Taylor blew my mind. In less than an hour, she walked me through all of the special bells and whistles that I didn’t even know I had. Now- driving my Crosstrek- will be even more fun! I strongly recommend Falcone Subaru and Betsy Taylor’s Love-Encore meetings!

I'm the new-ish owner of a 2017 VW Golf Alltrack, retired from the USMC - they offer a 10% discount for military (past to present) Semper Fidelis & Thank You Falcone (I keep forgetting to use it tho - LOL!) As advertised, the staff at Falcone do not add on the nickel and dime charges that ALL other dealerships do. They are transparent from the get and do not try to upsell you on anything. They are interested in getting the customer the best vehicle for their needs and to make sure you are satisfied. Customer service, off the charts. I will be buying all future vehicles from Falcone for sure.

Tony R. Is the guy you want to speak to when going to this dealer. Well knowledge and makes you feel at ease. Super nice and understanding because we had our little ones with us (2yrs and 7 yrs old). Betsy shared lots of tech information with us in a straightforward and very patient way. We enjoyed spending time with her and learning lots of helpful things about our new Crosstrek.
