I had a nail in tire and called Falcone to see about getting it fixed and they got me in the same day. They fixed tire and I was on my way in no time. Very courteous.

Buyers Beware. They will treat you very well through the sales process, but if you have any issues afterwards they will make it very clear how little they care. In May we bought a brand new Atlas SEL Premium R-Line. In 6 months since then we have been inundated. First the touch screen often doesn't work. It just says "initializing" and you can't do anything to get it out of that mode. You cannot change the radio station or use navigation.
