Alex was a great help with surprising my wife with a new 2021 outback. Jon in financing was also super helpful. was expecting to be rushed as I pulled into lot but that was not the case here. I actually had to ask someone for a salesman and that’s when Alex greeted me. That’s not a bad thing, as I hate being bummed rushed as I pull into the lo. Overall good experience. Would recommend falcone Subaru again!

I leased my last car through Falcone in 2018 after my friend wouldn’t stop raving about them. Alex was my sales person and I can’t possibly sing his praises enough. Gene had provided transportation to dealer for my test drive and was waiting for me. Test went smoothly as well as his part of the transaction, but I had to wait for over three hours to sign final papers to get title before I could leave. Betsy was very friendly and helpful and said that if I ever had more questions she would be available.
