Parking was unclear and confusing and the hotel was hard to get to from the road, bed was horrible and old and squeaky, and the hallways were sketchy and old, but other than that the room was huge and clean with super nice hard wood floor and a big pot for coffee. Great location, amazing staff, really cool lobby
We enjoyed our stay! First time using Airbnb to make a reservation. Would absolutely use it again based on our experience (though emailed our 'host' the day before arrival and never heard back). Building staff was friendly and helpful. Our door to our apartment did not open well--they helped us right away and the apartment wasn't set up for sleeping six as we requested--they fixed that quickly also. Wir hatten ein Appartement in der sechsten Etage, komplett eingerichtet, sehr zentral gelegen in Downtown und am Mississippi,die äuÃere Fassade täuscht, Empfangshalle sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, kann man auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen

We booked this place last minute. It was close to 11 PM when we arrived and the lady at the front desk couldn't find a reservation for me. I was about to panic, but she was super friendly and got us fixed up with no problem. Every worker we met was extremely nice and welcoming. I would stay here again!
Great rooms and employees, just wish for a better bed (kinda stiff and very noisy) also add curtains to the rooms

Great location and easy check in. The hallways smelled a little smokey but the actual unit did not and was very clean. The front desks clerks were also very helpful.
