Ah it was such a great evening staying at The Exchange! The staff treated us with the true southern hospitality I recommend your next stay in Memphis is here! Bottom line prime location walking distance to everything.
Can't beat this for the price and location! We stayed for 7 days, so the kitchen was key!

Awesome location in a beautiful building.
The front desk lady and security guard were so nice and accommodating to us. The room was just fine but could have used some better a/c and some better curtains for when the morning light came in. Overall a great value and the friendly staff was so appreciated.
Great service and great DT location. Clean room and very cool apt. Only negative was the 2 portable AC units being used in the room didn't keep the room that cool during the day compared to night.
The apartment was furnished nicely and very accomodating. Help Desk was very hospitable. We had some trouble with the a/c. Though we were told we were moved to a different room than the one booked strictly because of a/c problems, our room felt like a furnace by morning.
Perfect place to stay in downtown Memphis. Walking distance to Beale St. We stayed on the 18th floor and the view of the city was spectacular! Our apartment was beautifully decorated and had lovely high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The full kitchen was great. The building itself is older but well maintained. The staff was friendly. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely stay here again!
