I never got any further than the lobby. After booking room a month ago (With confirmation) for the Bruno Mars concert, when I arrived I was told I wasn't in the system. I had to take my phone to the front desk because they were not answering the phone...The hotel was booked up and the very unprofessional and quite rude people at the front desk acted like it was my fault for booking with Expedia..I'm sure it was a blessing in disguise, Expedia found me a cool, clean room with hot water and tv at the Quality Inn..Happy to say ... read more

Great central location to downtown and all the fun spots in Memphis
Great location, clean, professional. Bed was not the comfiest and place was pretty minimalist but it did the job and we had a great stay.

Loved the view and the staff. Front desk store was also very convenient
The room was affordable. I like the Ability to cook breakfast in the room. Close to Beale Street.
