They no longer stamp handicapped tickets for parking!!! You must pay the $2 parking fee!!! This is so wrong!!!
I would never recommend this hospital to anyone for any reason. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! In my opinion, my 6 year old could’ve done a better job. I won’t go into details about my health situation but I will tell you that everything I told the doctors in the E.R. went in one ear and out the other. They couldn’t care less about what I had to say about my own illness. I was treated like scum of the earth by this place. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I can’t even believe what happened today. I am still in shock and pretty mad about the way my family was treated. The worst staff I’ve ever seen in a hospital. I would NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS recommend this horrible place to anyone. The staff was discriminating, rude, loud, and did some very illegal things such as malpractice and breaking HIPPA laws. This facility definitely doesn’t care about anyone’s wellbeing , will make assumptions about your past issues and not make any effort to help and care for your current health problems. I would never go there!

My friends boyfriend went in with chest pains and they refused to take him seriously because he has anxiety and is a recovering drug addict. I wouldn’t go here if I had chest pains.

RecommendedI have spent 22 yrs in and out of Erlanger with my son who was born with tuberous sclerosis. everyone in the past has been nothing but nice and always helpful. BUT, since covid 19 I'm met with rudeness, and borderline hatred!!! my adult daughter is very sick with liver disease and we have to go to the hospital numerous times a month. I can't believe how horrible the staff attitude is !! before we even open our mouths we are yelled at to keep our distance and "NO ONE IS ALLOWED WITH THE PATIENT, DON'T YOU KNOW THAT !!"
