When my brother was here in 2017, the nurses basically neglected him once he was out of the trauma ICU. I just went to the er today because I've been vomiting for 6 days and losing feeling in my arms and legs and all your doctors did was run a blood test and shrug. when I asked about the numbness again he said he'd "never encountered that in his 15 years of practice" and left it at that. they won't investigate the issue, just sending me home exactly how I was when I came in.

This place is terrible!!! They put people in a closet basically with other people that tested positive for covid. Try to deny people the chance to leave. They don’t put you in a room they leave you sitting the lobby for hours after they take you out of the contaminated closet that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. They break HIPPA violations by allowing Doctors to come out in the lobby and tell you and everyone else sitting around what is wrong with you and what they are going to do to treat you. moved my dad there last night from another hospital... been trying last 2 hours to get any info and all the floor nurse does is let phone ring then pick up and hang uo the phone.

I have never given a 1 star review to any business before, but I cannot help but warn other possible patients of the frustration experienced with Erlanger. I have used for years the Erlanger East Breast Center and every year I have to fight them because my care is incorrectly billed. This year was the last straw, as the very first communication I received was from a collection agency. I am 100% certain I never received any bill prior to this communication. Awful. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. It is literally a hospital’s job to care for patients in a respectful, non-discriminatory manner and you can’t even do that. To current and future patients: if you don’t mind being treated like a criminal, like the biggest burden, or like your symptoms are just a reason to get attention, then this hospital is the perfect fit for you.
Well. I am not sure why you discriminate. But reading my friends story, y'all shouldn't even be in business.
they are rude and very judgemental towards their patients, the nurses take forever to get done with whatever test they're supposed to do and they assume that everyone's a criminal or a bad person and they act like they know everything and they don't this hospital is the worst do not go here! they discriminated a lot of people lately.
