Pre testing before surgery should be done 7-10 days before, not the DAY BEFORE SURGERY. Had to cancel. If you have a choice NEVER go to ERLANGER !!!
Hire people who care about the patients
The nursing have no bedside manor at all, he was on floor 4 icu they don’t have any restrooms for anyone to use. My husband has chronic diarrhea and the nurses thought it was funny that he had to use a bedpan. They brought a straight back chair for me to rest in and we asked for a recliner and they quickly told me they were there for my husband not my comfort and they were hard to find. RecommendedThere really are too many to name. Biggest and most important is Dr. Kingsley and his team were able to stop the progression of the cancer which allowed me time to get back to Texas to hold my great grandbaby and spend time with all of the kids and grandkids. Because of what he did I still have some time left. So thank you?
Be a little more compassionate and caring! I have some family there now and they are being treated terrible.
I WOULD NEVER send a family here again
minimum 8 hour ER wait. bloodwork messed up and not told it has to be redrawn for an hour and a half. not sure anyone here cares. please save the patronizing reply.
my husband had an emergency and he stayed in the ER for 8 hours with nothing to drink...he complained of pain they gave him meds but they didn't listen about different places that hurt on his body
Nurse Jessie on the childerns out patient is super nice and cares alot for the childern. However the chick fil a workers where very rude.
