Shouldn’t have been brought here - up to 48 hours in ER before a bed is available! Unacceptable no matter what kind of trauma center you are! Never again Erlanger!
I wouldn’t take my blind cat here asked to see a Patient administrator never seen one leave in the lobby for four hours after we had Ultrasound and a CT scan just to take us in the back when I complain to leave is there to talk to one doctor he had to talk to another doctor three doctors just to tell us we need to set an appointment to have surgery a waste of my time
Too many issues to list. Wish I had gone to another facility for my care. Issues from care to billing.

Big thanks to Erlanger for helping me get back on the right path, made so many friends there. Honestly miss it but I’m glad I got to experience the building for a full week. I found happiness within myself. ~king Edward
My niece took her dad to emergency room on the morning of 9/30/19. He was suffering serious chest pains. She asked if they had a wheel chair to get him inside. They responded that they didn't have any. She then asked for help to get him inside. They responded they didn't have anyone to help. She finally went to the emt entrance and a couple of emt's got him inside. Also he was there all day & night. Never got anything to eat till the next morning. A total shame!
